where can i get a custom bed made?

I want this bed, you can buy from $600-2000. I have designed my own bed which is simalar. Is there anywhere I could actually get MY design made? If you know please tell me around how much if you can. Or is there anyone who could make it for me for a reasonable price? Thanks. P.S. serious answers only or ill report. Sorry to sound so rude but I dont want sarcastic answers like "Lesbian" OK. 1. The best people to contact about this is a reputable interior design company in your area. If you aren't sure who to contact, try one of the upper end furniture stores that are local to you. I know a guy who makes wonderful custom furniture but he, and others like him, charge an arm and a leg. This is because a huge part of the design process is not just making the furniture, but it is a matter of engineering! The first piece is always more time consuming to make. Before choosing someone to custom make furniture for you, be sure to check with the BBB, get references - contact them! - and have a firm contract. Another idea: My parents had a house built by a nationally respected company. My dad asked if they would allow him to design the pool, patio and screened enclosure. Because it was custom-made, they charged my parents extra. Daddy even designed the landscape. The company turned around and used my dad's plans as an upgrade to homes that were built!!!! And my dad is both an engineer and an architect! We thought that was pretty low. My point is, if you have a unique, workable design, you may want to discuss this aspect of the design work with the person building the furniture. Just a thought. I hope this helps.
